Short walk to both the Caracalla and Friedrichsbad spas, made our anniversary celebration special. While the room was spacious and comfortable, the decor felt a bit dated. I did appreciate the helpful staff, even if the language barrier posed some challenges.

A very lovely way to end my xmas. Homely, reasonably spacious hotel with extremely friendly staff and enjoyable breakfasts. Well decorated room and great bed. Very easy to get from Baden airport, just 12 miles.

The hotel is ideally located close to the main spas, museums, and even a casino, all just a short walk away. For our anniversary, we enjoyed the baths and discovered the lowenbrau restaurant nearby, a good treat. The breakfast was also excellent, with a lovely selection and charming decor.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered an excellent variety of choices, and the peaceful atmosphere on the tree-lined avenue made our mornings enjoyable. Despite the occasional noise at night.

Accessing the entrance with luggage was slightly challenging due to the steps, and a ramp would improve convenience.

Spacious and clean accommodations included a kettle and complimentary water, ideal for tea lovers. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a selection of dishes with a good decor of roses enhancing the dining experience. The air conditioning was problematic. It produced an incessant buzzing sound that disrupted sleep, and attempts to address the issue with staff were met with skepticism. This significant noise issue overshadowed what could have been an enjoyable stay.

I stayed 4 nights and they were super accommodating at the reception,, even let me check in early! My room was spacious, had a safe, mini fridge, and kettle which was real nice.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive,, but still acceptable for what you get.
